Percy has worked as a public servant since 2012. Currently, Percy serves as a Facilities Manager with the County of Alameda. He oversees the general and the major maintenance program as well as the security program for the County-owned building in the North County region. Also, Percy is an active entrepreneur. He owns and operates an electrical contracting company, a real estate brokerage, and a real estate asset management firm. His realty asset management company focuses on providing tenants with affordable, safe, and clean housing. Lastly, Percy's hobbies include a variety of physical fitness activities and training in the combat arts since 2012.
In 2019, Percy earned his certification in Pooler's Go - Ju Ryu Karate Do. which is a full-contact martial art focused on urban self-defense techniques. He freely mentors and coaches people who are interested in learning about physical fitness, self-defense, and self-preservation skills.

Dr. Marguerite Hinrichs currently serves as the Executive Director and Curator of the Coleman Center for the Arts, a non-profit civic arts organization in rural Alabama. Prior to her appointment to the Coleman Center, Dr. Hinrichs served as the Director of Student Life and Leadership Programs at Cal State East Bay from 2008 - 2022. She is also a current faculty member in the Social Media Marketing Certificate Program at Cal State East Bay.
Dr.Hinrichs is a native of San Francisco and graduate of the University of the Pacific, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She went on to pursue a Master of Science in Recreation and Tourism and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Social Justice, both from Cal State East Bay.
Her dissertation study,
"Exploring the Impact of Ethnic Studies Pedagogy on African American Identity and Empowerment in Oakland," illuminates the value of Ethnic Studies teaching and learning through the voices and experiences of African American students. Dr. Hinrichs utilizes her research to advocate for the necessary inclusion of Ethnic Studies pedagogy and curriculum in K-12 and higher education.
Through her small consulting business, The PR Lady & Associates, Dr. Hinrichs supports individuals, businesses, and organizations with developing and executing effective public relations, marketing, and social media marketing strategies. A social justice activist at heart, Dr. Hinrichs is a staunch advocate for racial equity and tirelessly advocates for restorative justice and reparations for Black American descendants of slavery, often facilitating workshops on *using social media for social justice to bring awareness to the movement.

Dr. Alfonso Tucker - Alfonzo became a ward of the state (California) at the age of 13 after being removed from the custody of his biological father, who was deemed an unfit parent, due to his drug addiction and criminal incarceration(s). Alfonzo has never met his biological mother, as he was taken from her at less then six months of age.
After becoming an NCAA Division 1 All-American in the sport of wrestling, Alfonzo failed to make the Olympic team yet pursued employment as a Deputy Sheriff and worked in various positions for approximately 12 years.
While a law enforcement officer, Alfonzo became a published author and traveled throughout the United States as a motivational speaker. Alfonzo obtained a master’s degree in psychology after learning that his influence of others needed a foundation of education which sparked his passion for mental health.
Alfonzo took a leap of faith and several years later graduated with his Doctor of Education within psychology and now works as a forensic psychologist.
As stated by Alfonzo W. Tucker, Ed.D “I am fortunate to live within my passion, psychology has saved me, and I practice such as to help save others.”

Jamil Cuffie was born on a small Caribbean island called Grenada and grew up in Brooklyn NY and Houston, TX. Jamil attended Park University and earned a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management and a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He started his career working as a Radiology Instructor and a Clinical Coordinator for Kaiser Permanente. He later moved into Radiology Management as a Director for 4 years. He is currently working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist Lead at SutterHealth.
Jamil spent 10 years in the United States Air Force and was transferred to Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, CA in 2006. Jamil was honorably discharged from the military with the Air Force Achievement Medal, Meritorious Unit award, Air Force Good Conduct Medal and many more awards and recognitions. Jamil acquired skills in leadership, teamwork, and decision making which can be attributed to time served in the military and work experience.
Jamil Cuffie also became a real estate agent in order to share his experience and improve upon services that were less than stellar. Home ownership and investments have always been Jamil's passion. He plans to meet new people and help as many individuals as possible accomplish homeownership. The ability to help clients achieve the dream of homeownership in order to leave a legacy for their family is his purpose. In his spare time he enjoys family outings, golfing, hiking and reading.

Maya Rollins-Williams a proud native of Oakland, CA is a graduate of Oakland High School, earning an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies (Johnson & Wales University) and a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice Administration (Cal State University Hayward).
With 20 years of law enforcement experience she is currently employed with Alameda County Probation Department as a Deputy Probation Officer III.
Out of need and a love for her community she created a clothing closet which serves formally incarcerated juveniles and adults, active to probation in Alameda County.
She believes life is an action word and lives by a quote of her favorite author.

Treasurer
Akbar earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Hayward in California in 2001. He also earned a Master of Social Work degree from Sacramento State University in California. Akbar has worked as a professional Social Worker with Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services since 2002 with Solano County. Through his many years working as a Social Worker, his knowledge of resources and community connections has assisted him in his passion for advocating and helping at-risk families.
Akbar is an adjunct professor with Los Rios Community College He has taught Weaponless Defense, PC 832 Arrest, Search and Seizure since 1999. Akbar was elected in 2019 as the Vice-President of SEIU 1021 (Service Employee International Union) North Central which is approximately 12,000 members he serves. In his role as Vice President he works with various agencies to protect jobs and ensure employee’s rights are not violated. He is also an activist and routinely participates in various demonstrations, protests and actions to bring awareness to disfranchised individuals. Akbar is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity incorporated and active in the mentoring program with the youth in the community of Solano County.
Secretary
Isis Collins has experience working as an assistant for 2 years and has qualifications in office management. She has a great work ethic and is very fast with any assignment that is given. Also has good communication skills. Ms. Collins is looking forward to working with Mile High to gain great work experience and give back to the community.
