Executive Director

Tegre Miles is a native of Oakland, California and a graduate of El Cerrito High School. Mr. Miles brings twenty-two years of experience serving foster youth in the capacity of residential counselor and executive director. Mr. Miles founded MSK Solutions (DBA Mile High) in 2004, a non-profit agency working with youth and young adults in the foster care system. Prior to starting Mile High, Mr. Miles was a retired veteran who served in the Navy during the Gulf War. He also worked as a police officer for the City of Oakland. Mile High continues to expand under Mr. Miles' leadership.

Reyes Bonilla MSW

Program Director

Reyes Bonilla is a native of Hollister, California and graduated from Hollister High School and received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from U.C Davis and Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Policy Studies at California State University Sacramento.


Mr. Bonilla brings over 20 years of experience working with indigent and disenfranchised communities. Specifically, he has served homeless, runaway, neglected, abused children and homeless and chronically homeless individuals in the greater Sacramento Area. In the past ten years, he has served in non-profits in executive capacities with responsibility of the day-to-day operations and oversight of a $3 million dollar annual budget. During 1994 thru 1999, Mr. Bonilla served with a Private Public Policy Consulting Firm working on Farm Worker, Bilingual Education, Gang, Crime/Violence prevention and Health Care legislation targeting Latino and underserved communities.


For the last seven years, he served as the Executive Director for Community Homeless Solutions in Monterey County.

I have worked in the residential setting for over 15 years and have been employed with MSK Solution Inc. since 2007. I received my Bachelor Degree in Human Services Management from Univ. of Phoenix in 2009. 



I have always enjoyed seeing people succeed in life and the best way I try to help in that process is to provide someone with any knowledge that I was given. I hope that person does the same and the cycle continues.

Manager/Administrator 

Received he's Bachelors from the University of Texas at El Paso, majoring in psychology and minoring in business management. He has volunteered with several organizations including The boys and girls club of American. After spending several years in Nevada at a youth treatment center, working every position from floor staff to acting administrator. He is now in California and after putting in his time working on the floor, He is now proud to be part of the Mile High management team.

Administrator Assistant

Isis Collins has experience working as an assistant for 2 years and has qualifications in office management. She has a great work ethic and is very fast with any assignment that is given. Also has good communication skills. Ms. Collins is looking forward to working with Mile High to gain great work experience and give back to the community.

Ms. Andrea has been a part of Mile High since its inception in 2005. She was our first Administer and now assists with administrative support doing a variety of tasks. She has worked with foster youth since 1986 as an Administrator and as a consultant to many Bay Area group homes.

Jamilliah Cabunoc has over 16 years of experience working in social services agencies providing services to the youth of the ages 12-21. She has been working with Mile High Residential Treatment & Behavioral Health since 2017.

Behavior Technician Manager

With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the field of behavioral health services, Robert is a seasoned Behavior Technician Manager known for his exceptional leadership skills, unwavering commitment to client success, and passion for promoting positive behavior change. Robert attended school at San Francisco State and earned a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development. Robert’s comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based interventions, paired with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving program outcomes, has positioned him as a trusted leader at the Mile High STRTP program.
